John Folks graduated from Drury University with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1993, and The University of Oklahoma with a Juris Doctorate in 1997. He is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before all United States District Courts in the State of Oklahoma and all State Courts in Oklahoma. His practice includes Business counseling and litigation and Real Estate issues. His publications include Oklahoma Surface Water Drainage: A New Reasonable System, O.C.R.P.L.A. Journal, Fall 1999; Foreclosures and Liens, Oklahoma Real Estate & Forms (West 2000); and The Oklahoma Brokers Transactions Act.
