Jack Holloway is a principal in the law firm of Holloway and Monaghan, PLLC, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from The University of Tulsa and he earned a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law. He is a Past-President of the Tulsa Title and Probate Lawyers Association and is a member of the Tulsa County, the Oklahoma and the American bar associations, as well as a member of the Oklahoma Land Title Association (OLTA). He has been a member of the Real Property Law section of the Oklahoma Bar Association since 1985 and he is a member of both the Real Property, Probate and Trust division and of the Business Law section of the American Bar Association. He has served as an instructor in real estate education courses and he is licensed by the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner as a title insurance agent. He has been licensed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission as a Broker since 1984.
